When one is tensed
And in pain,
Feeling internally strained
And mentally drained.
Please don't start creating more tensions
Listening to those strains
And don't let negativity gain.
Compassion is not adding
Pain to Pain,
But healing Pain
By having the ability
To maintain stability
Seeing others' negativity.
To heal the tensed
Powerful vibrations of love are to be sent
And it is to be checked
That situation's energy doesn't affect
Your sentiments.
